Topic

As SharePoint moves into more enterprise ECM applications, ease-of-use is consistently cited as the key factor in driving user satisfaction and ultimately the success of the overall project.  Client solutions, such as Colligo Contributor, drive increased user participation, capture more relevant content, improve quality of content classification, improve compliance, and provide more control over the proliferation of SharePoint content.

Join Bill England, Director, North American Sales, and David Whitehead, Sales Engineer, from Colligo, in this informative SharePoint User Group session, about how Contributor client solutions can help you drive adoption of SharePoint implementations.

This session will highlight:
  • ECM Adoption; Supporting email & document drag-and-drop with “high-fidelity” metadata capture
  • Improved Records Management and Regulatory Compliance Efficiency
  • Typical “Use Cases” and a demo

The award-winning Colligo Contributor client solutions for SharePoint move critical data storage and synchronization functions from the server to the desktop, for instant SharePoint access, both online and offline. The Contributor Add-In for Outlook provides seamless SharePoint integration to Microsoft Outlook via an easy “drag-and-drop” interface. The Contributor Client is a rich standalone client and Contributor File Manager provides seamless integration with Windows Explorer – these enable users to more effectively capture, access, edit, and share information when and where they need it. Custom SharePoint client solutions can be also built using the Contributor Software Development Kit (SDK).
