- Scenarios to backup and restore a SharePoint farm, site collection, and web.
- Third party tools available for backup, restore and disaster recovery and a comparison between them.

With Habañero since 2000, Infrastructure Architect Carmen Craciun designs and fulfills enterprise IT architectures and infrastructure requirements. Working with a wide variety of clients, Carmen’s responsibilities include systems architectures; technology assessments; applications implementations; disaster recovery and failovers; deployments; system and data reliability, security, and privacy planning; web application performance tuning; change assessments; and content and portal management. Carmen has been heavily involved with MS Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS) since Beta One, and has been working with SPS 2003, MSCMS 2001 and 2002, and MSSQL 2000 and 2005 on a day-to-day basis since each was introduced.
Carmen is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), a title that certifies her expertise in designing and implementing the infrastructure for business solutions based on the Microsoft Windows 2000 platform and Microsoft Windows Server System. She also has a Web Programming Certificate from Corporate Communication Training College in Vancouver and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the Grigore T. Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Iasi, Romania.
